In essence, we are problem solvers...and one of the problems we've seen is a lack of focus on customers. As such, TrashnDash is a valet trash service company with a customer oriented focus on reliability and integrity. Our mission statement is "To meet and exceed the best service possible while having the main focus on outstanding customer satisfaction."
After countless hours of research and surveys. Asking and listening to numerous tenants, we found a common theme. Unreliable pick up times, "no shows", ridiculous restrictions, missed pickups and inconsistent trash pickup. As mentioned, we are problem solvers and we feel there's a need for a company like TrashnDash to solve these problems.
